Ždiar, the heart of the Belianske Tatras, comes alive during the winter season with interesting events that attract visitors from all over Slovakia. One of the most sought-after places is without a doubt Medvedí bloh Strachan (Bear Den Strachan). We are trying to prepare an unforgettable winter program for our guests, which will be full of fun, adventure and wonderful memories. It is no different during the 2023/24 season. We want to share with you some of the events we have planned for you so far and are still planning!
We experienced together:
Mafia Corner performance: The Three-Kings atmosphere was made more enjoyable by the energetic duo Mafia Corner and DJ JOY, who created an unforgettable evening full of great hits and fun dance creations.
Party with DJ EKG: DJ EKG gave us his unique mixes of hits, which attracted over 350 people of all ages to our premises. Simply MEGAPARTY as it should be!
Kelovačky with Rene Rendy and the Cico Band: After the great feedback after the concert at the end of last season, we decided to repeat the excellent event this year as well. We have to say that the atmosphere was really perfect and we all enjoyed it – including the musical performers.
Goral festival with live folk music: At the folk festival with performing groups such as Srdcovka, Perfect or Gavaľere, we found ourselves in an original folklore environment with live folk music. The dance floor was full right from the start and there was no shortage of great mood.
What else awaits us:
Goral celebration: Folk celebrations are very popular in our region, and great entertainment will be provided by the Cymbal Music Hvizdošovci, Srdcovka Band, Dinda Band and ĽH Gavaľere. Better to experience than to hear 100 times about.
DJ Roller & Lipinooo, DJ Rolo – Magical views of the Belianske Tatras, excellent snow conditions in the ski center Ski Centrum Strachan, and to all of this a great musical accompaniment and the latest dance hits that will get you on the dance floor. You will also experience this in Ždiar.
SKI & Laser show: You can look forward to demonstrations of štvrorylka dance (štvorylka is a historical dance characterized by four steps and dancing in fours), scooters and snow groomers, a ski demonstration by skilled instructors, and a sky full of colorful lasers and fireworks. The popular DJ JOY and the energetic DJ PLCH will accompany you throughout the day. You will also enjoy great butcher specialties. We are looking forward to you.
Strachan cup 2024: Public race for all age categories – for children and adults as well. You can also look forward to a rich accompanying program, about which we will inform you in advance.
