The grand opening of the brand-new restaurant at the Strachan Ski Centrum, Medvedí Brloh Strachan, was scheduled for 23rd December 2017. Even though it was built in record time, the finish work continued until the wee hours of the morning. In the end everything was ready on time.
Our first guests were so excited to visit Medvedí Brloh Strachan that they set out at 5 o’clock in the morning from Košice so they could get here in time for the 8:30 opening. We memorialised the first toast for you and awarded our first visitors with an honorary certificate.
